Terms of use
Nuanse is free to read, print and share. Here is what that includes, and what it doesn't.
Education, not medical care
Nuanse provides general information about obsessive-compulsive disorder. It doesn't replace a diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional. Nothing on this site creates a patient relationship with Nuanse or with the clinicians who review our content.
In an emergency
If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you're in crisis, call or text 9-8-8, any time.
Our content
Our content is reviewed by registered clinicians, but research evolves. Each page shows who reviewed it and when. If you spot something that seems wrong, tell us at hello@nuanceocd.org.
Using our materials
You're welcome to share links, print pages, and use our guides and printables in classrooms, clinics, and at home, for free and non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit Nuanse. You may not sell our content, change it and present it as ours, or use the Nuanse or Whatif names and images without permission.
Stories
The stories on our site belong to the people who shared them. Please don't copy or republish them.
Links to other sites
We link to other organizations we trust, but we're not responsible for their content.
